If I am approved, how soon until we can close on the property tax payment plan and have our taxes paid?

ANSWER: It is entirely up to you and how fast you can get the information we need. We make the data collection process smooth and the information needed is minimal. Once we have everything needed to close and pay your taxes we can get you closed virtually in less than 24 hours.

How do I make my monthly payments?

ANSWER: Take advantage of monthly auto drafts, pay by mail, pay by phone, or even pay online. You can even download our customer app to track your loan starting in 2023.

If I am approved, how soon until we can close on the property tax payment plan and have our taxes paid?

ANSWER: The total process should take 7 days from the date you sign the initial Application. We can move as quick as needed.

How do I make my monthly payments?

ANSWER: Monthly payments can easily be made using auto draft, mail or by phone. New options, including credit and debit card, will be available in 2020.

Can I get a property tax payment plan if I have a mortgage or an existing loan on my property?

ANSWER: Yes you may get a property tax loan even if you have an existing mortgage.

Can my taxing authority foreclose on my property if my property taxes are delinquent?

ANSWER: Yes your taxing authority can foreclose anytime after your first delinquent year. Do not fear, we have saved 1000’s of hard working Texans and can save you too.

ANSWER: There are typically no out of pocket expenses except in unusual cases. Any costs are rolled into the loan.
